When the moon is full, the time is near to claim your place at our intimate, eighteen-seat chef’s counter. Here, you’ll discover a culinary experience unlike anything Denver’s seen. Through relationships with the finest purveyors in Colorado and beyond, we create a multi-course tasting menu that changes with the seasons and lures you in with each dish. You’ll explore traditional cooking techniques influenced by the cultures of Scandinavia, America, and distinctive European regions. The wine and beverage programs intertwine the old and new for a seductive pairing with each decadent course. Our door is open, succumb to your desires.

Beckon is a prepaid, ticketed experience without traditional menus—our team will make everything exceptional for you. Tickets are available on the first of each month for dates through the following month. With seasonally influenced menus, each visit will take you on a unique, culinary journey.

The Hunter’s Moon

October's moon rises early and sets late, just before the sun reaches our horizon. The ancestors of this land used the late and long glow to track prey for their winter stockpile. Our gathering instinct leads us to follow in the same pursuit, preserving and preparing the take of summer's final harvest while turning our attention to richer fare for the cold months ahead. Take a chair at our counter and welcome the first month of fall with Chef Holmes and his team for The Hunter's Moon. 


Sunday Service

Join us on Sundays beginning November 3, 2019 when we open our kitchen for a five-course meal featuring Chef Duncan’s favorite dishes of the season. Five percent of our sales will be donated to a local charity that is giving back to the community. In November, we will be donating to Project Angel Heart. Additional donations to this worthy cause can be made through their website.
